This is an interesting approach. I've never used the alignment from corridor. I'm not sure why this method is an advantage over others, though. Seems like if you're using alignments and corridors you would want to have the curbs linked dynamically by either using an offset alignment or just making the curb part of the assembly. I'm looking for clarification, please.
